The ONLY this movie had that remotely attracted me was the promise of the introduction of Beast Wars Transformers. And they found a way to make THAT suck. Michael Bay can blow me.

"They don’t seem aware that they can have personalities at all. "

What a shame... it's not really hyperbole to say that individual personalities was pne of the strongest features of the original Beast Wars series of Transformers: sardonic Rattrap, zealous young recruit Cheetor, intellectual Rhinox, and they even had a zen, pacifist member in Tigertron.

Everyone has their price. How much money would it really take for Rabin to care about the plot of this movie?

::Optimus Prime believes that All Lives Matter, including those of androids from outer space, and that the idea of Black Lives Matter is racist ::

DOES he, or are you just projecting all this based on your belief that Optimus Prime's a cop and a narc, Nabin? All I know is he's the leader of the Autobots, and is (mostly) a do-gooder because he wants to co-exist with the Humans peacefully.

I'm not sure that makes him every negative stereotype of cops and narcs you or I can come up with—and I say this as an unequivocal supporter of both BLM and Antifa, with nothing but contempt for "Enlightened Centrist" Liberals who would rather slay the messengers than the Right Wing who DESERVE slaying, and think the "Far Left" (that is, anybody less Corporate Apologist than Notorious P'Lousy!) are just as bad, by which they mean worse, than the seditious maniacs of January 6? It's a strange time for you to go all ACAB....

It's been a while since I've seen it! Like my boy, I liked it a lot better because I was ten years old and it was meant for me. Mad props for having "Dare to be Stupid" on the soundtrack, if nothing else.
