Saw this when it came out, Brad Dourif made it a fun watch, and the film works because it knows what it is and doesn't exceed its grasp. Rats are frickin' creepy, and they also do a lot of the heavy lifting to make this a total squirmfest. Would rewatch.
I don't think I recognized many others in the cast apart from Kelly Wolf, who I'd seen in a couple of things, although it was nice to have a bit part as a millworker for Richard France, most famous for playing "eyepatch scientist" in George Romero's Dawn of the Dead.
