1994 was a such a magical year for film that I plan to devote ALL of 2024 to re-examining its infinite wonders. A fuck-ton of movies of note came out during that magical, magical year, including Tim Burton’s Ed Wood and another loving tribute to the glorious make-pretend of low-budget b-movies, Joe Dante’s Matinee.
