Announcing the Swaggering Summer Strength Sale!
switching things up a little here
On Sunday, I posted an article here announcing a 20% Sweaty Summer Sadness sale, in which I dropped the prices of monthly and annual subscriptions by 20% and laid out all the gimmicks I had come up with to promote my books and website. It was depressing even by my standards. I know something has missed the mark when even I’m dispirited by something I’ve written.
It was a spectacular failure that resulted in me losing paid subscribers. It succeeded only in depressing people. So I deleted it and decided to aggressively rebrand it as the Swaggering Summer Strength Sale.
Everything is going great for me! My incredibly popular writing has the internet going nuts! I’m almost TOO successful, but I would love for you, the reader, to join my epic winning streak. That’s why I admonish you to become a paid subscriber, and/or purchase my books.
I have all sorts of promotions and gimmicks to help with this epic quest, but I’m not even going to go into them, because my newsletter and books are so damn good that they sell themselves.
